Worked for me too. Took about 5 months of using it daily (mornings and evenings for 30 to 50 minutes). There is still some scar tissue left but it is very soft now and only about 15% of what it used to be. During erections I don’t notice the former narrowness in the middle (or the curve to the right). The thing is a life-saver.

Seeing more than 50% decrease in bending and proportional increase in erectile quality after about three months, which is still a lot since I’ve been trying to achieve similar results for a year prior that. Some notable pain relief as well.
I’ve also been using a mix of DMSO and Aloe Vera.

The best temp for me turned out to be around 55-60 degrees. I read the study that the best was around 40-45 but maybe they had another methodology which had a more solid contact with the tissue. So it is possible that using the device at 55 degrees could translate to 45 degrees of effectively transmitted warmth to the tissues (since some is lost in between contact).
