Products sold by uBreeze.org are covered by a standard 15 day (of receipt of shipment) return policy for unused goods.
It is possible to cancel an order that has not yet shipped.

We will repair or replace a device at no cost if it ever fails due to defective workmanship or material when the device is operated and maintained according to the Instruction for Use Manual and other instructions provided in the box.
