The available shipping options are presented on checkout. These would typically be:

Orders are processed and shipped from our state of the art warehouse facility situated within the European Union | Bulgaria. The strategic location results in fast and easy deliveries to the developed world.
Order processing takes about 1 business day.
Tracking information is provided inside order details on our website (at My Account -> View Orders -> Order Details) and as a separate email.
Customers take responsibility that the products they are ordering can be legally imported into their respective country and are responsible for any customs charges or taxes imposed by the destination country.
International Postal Services (Air) Details
This is a network of all national postal services (and some private, such as GLS and YODEL for the UK). Orders are fully trackable.
The delivery estimates are [5 – 12 business days]. The range is quite broad, though it’s typically on the lower side of that estimate for most developed countries.
Tracking is always available on the website of our carrier A1Post (https://a1post.bg/en/track/) and on the websites of the recipient’s local postal services, such as:
USPS for the United States (https://www.usps.com/)
A1Post has recently partnered with USPS and created a direct courier line between them. That’s a great addition as it increases both the reliability and package speed during the transit phase (as it avoids third parties). It typically takes just a few to several days for our packages to arrive in the US.
EU & Others
For most other countries the route of our packages is A1Post -> Deutsche Post -> Recipient’s Country Post (or A1Post -> Recipient’s Country Post directly), which is also a fast and reliable way for package transit.

The delivery comes from the local (most frequently national) postal services of the country recipient. The way local postal services deliver packages differs for each country, but they could do one or more of the following:
– They try to deliver the package to the address outright
– They leave a note to the address that the package has arrived at the local post office (and is ready for pick up)
– They send a text message or call to inform the customer that the package has arrived at the local post office (and is ready for pick up).
UPS Expedited Details
The delivery estimates are [3 – 7 business days]. Tracking is always available at the UPS website (https://www.ups.com/), as well as A1Post (https://a1post.bg/en/track/).
UPS utilize their own private courier network, thus are the faster and more expensive shipping option.

Confidentiality
We take confidentiality very seriously and make it our utmost priority to ensure that there won’t be anything indicative of the product’s intended purpose on the outside of the package.
The sender is our company Alpha Essentials Ltd, used for descriptive information and confidentiality. The package itself is perfectly plain, and the description of the items is as broad as possible (currently we use “cosmetic cream”, “plastics”, and “electronics” for the different products).
You can have perfect peace of mind that the privacy of your purchase will be preserved.
Our Guarantee
All orders are inherently covered by PayPal’s Resolution Center (up to 180 days after every transaction) and our dedication to full customer satisfaction in case the postal services mishandle the package in any way. That way customers can have peace of mind and be one hundred percent assured that they will either receive the order or get a full refund.
Of course, it is possible that occasional delivery delays could occur here and there, especially during busy periods for the postal services. We’re aware of that possibility and are proactive in monitoring and resolving that even before being contacted by a customer. If we see a package getting delayed we call the local postal services in an attempt to speed things up. The good news is that non-arrival cases are very rare (less than 0.1%), so even with some delays customers can be fairly assured they will receive the order.
