Of course, all good production practices and safety regulations are followed.
As designed, the cream’s active ingredients make up almost all of it. We’ve upped the ratio of active to inactive ingredients to as high as possible in order to create a high quality product. Of course, no cream can exist without a small amount of non-active ingredients to hold it together as well as to properly modulate its penetrative and retentive properties.
Most of the non-active ingredients only take about 0.1% to 0.5% of the overall cream amount, which definitely makes the cream both more effective and safe by a large margin (frequently under 10 to 100 times the allowed % for any cosmetic product), and that is under the already rather strict EU regulatory practices for safety.
