- IMPROVE THE OVERALL HEALTH OF YOUR PENIS
- IMPROVE ERECTILE STRENGTH AND CAPABILITIES
- PROTECT YOUR PENIS FROM INJURIES IF USING ENLARGEMENT PRACTICES
- RESHAPE & BREAK DOWN SCAR TISSUE FORMATIONS (PEYRONIE’S)
uShape is a physiotherapy device designed to apply long-lasting adjustable pressure and vibrations on points of interest. It can be used to restore the overall health of your penis by sending gentle vibrations through wide areas, or it can be used to target specific zones and tissues (e.g. Peyronie’s Disease) to help modulate their shape and integrity over time.

* Hey guys, we’re preparing for the release of an improved uShape unit, which will be uShape v2. The new unit will be even more convenient, durable, lightweight, and effective. It has been redesigned from the ground up and is considered to be an upgrade on every front. The whole process until final release (including various tests) could take a few to several months or so, though. As such, uShape v2 is expected to be available by the end of Q1 2025.
B. Visser – :
That’s a good device. The pressure helps remodel the scar tissue, and the vibrations help to make it more malleable and eventually break it down. I had to use it for a few months before noticing that my PD is getting notably smaller and less rigid. My guess is that the pressure and the vibrations eventually affected its structural integrity.
K. Roberts – :
I’ve had a minor jelqing injury that fortunately healed rather quickly. Later on I found out that UShape’s actually pretty good for general use. I use it before my jelqing and stretching routines, it really helps with the recovery process. I use the 5 to 6V setting which helps my tissues get rid of their initial rigidity and start being more relaxed and tender. Penis feels better after use, and I no longer suffer from the hard flaccid state that used to come 30 minutes after my jelqing routines.
I’d recommend it to anybody serious about the health of their penis.
J. Smith – :
A few tips after using it for a few months.
– Wrap your penis in a few layers of elastic bandage (it comes with the product) to keep it from being too malleable when pressed. It also prevents some of the skin from being accidentally pinched here and there.
– Use for about 15-20 minutes at a time. I found that it’s the sweet spot for optimal efficacy while also making sure I’m not going overboard with the vibrations.
– For general health use the gentle vibrations at around 4-6V with the whole upper part. If you target specific areas make sure to adjust the bottom so that the upper part targets just that area and go for 6V to 9V. I won’t recommend going over 9V (12V brings very strong and intense vibrations).
– I sometimes use it for general health and then place it sideways to target specific areas.
Overall it’s a good product. My penis feels refreshed after using the vibrations and my curvature has improved a bit.
H. Harris – :
The best device for PD, a lot better than traction and bending.
W. Wagner – :
After going overboard with jelqing and stretching I managed to stupidly damage my penis to a point of almost no return. The curve I had was about 50 degrees upward curve, combined with severe pain and notably weaker erections.
I went to several urologists who were surprisingly ineffective in helping me with my condition. Good thing is that one of them referred me to traction devices and I was able to find this one.
After using it on my Peyronies for 5 months the curve has been significantly reduced and my proper shape is finally returning. The curve I have currently is about 20 degrees , my pain is gone, and the strength of my erections is returning.
I’m rather certain that this device brought the positive results. I continue to use it to this day and would definitely recommend it.
J. Scott – :
The device is a breath of fresh air, unlike the other torture | traction | devices I’ve used. It uses pressure rather than traction and I prefer it that way. Vibrations are a substitute for shockwaves I guess, all good.
I appreciate the ease of use and the good feels.
B. Vargas – :
I use it in combination with the other products from this website and they helped me a lot.
K. Weber – :
The device works rather quietly at the range of 3V to 9V. Anything above becomes a bit noisier since the vibrations become rather strong. It wasn’t a problem for me personally.
Effect-wise, I’d say that I’ve grown fond of using those vibrations. I use the device for about 20 minutes per session and each time my penis is left feeling well. It’s like the tissues are more relaxed and elastic It’s basically the opposite to when you injure it and it turtles with the hard flaccid condition.
The verdict: It’s a good device for everyday use. I didn’t really test it against serious PD but I can see how it could help.
R. Harris – :
Remember to wrap your d**k in bandage. The bandage helps the tissue to stay together so you can exact pressure on the desired areas. I just wrap it in 3 seconds and start using it. What I like over other physical devices, such as traction devices (of which I have two), is how easy is to start using it from the get go. And I do find it effective.
B. Davis – :
After a few months of use the results are quite good. My curve had been reduced by about 25% and is becoming barely noticeable. My length and girth have improved as well. Would recommend it.
W. Gallagher – :
My PD has improved rather significantly since I began using this thingy. Based on the results, I’d say that this is probably one of the more effective approaches to get rid of the condition.
Used in combination with the other products from this website I can say they’ve saved my penis from a fate worse than death.
Some backstory – I’ve spent years trying to get rid of an old penis injury that happened during sex with my then girlfriend after I made an unfortunate misplaced thrust. Symptoms were baffling to me at first, until I realized it’s a combination of a developing PD (acute stage) and a possible ligament rupture. When things settled down after a few months I found myself with a curvature in my penis, weakened erections and sensitivity, and an overall feeling of just something not being quite like before.
Fortunately, there’s been serious positive progress to treating this condition over the past few years, with some of the better innovative products being just a few years old and already showing solid results.
A definite thumbs up to all the products here. Honestly, I feel fortunate that I happened to live during time where these exist, otherwise I’d have been completely screwed for life.
A. Kraus – :
I’m rather satisfied with the results that I have received from my UShape. The curvature has improved from about 40 degrees to 25 degrees in about 3 months of use. That brought improvements in perceived size and erectile strength. I highly recommend the device for anybody struggling with Peyronie’s as it has proven to be very effective.
B. Scott – :
The device is well made, easy to handle, and I found it effective. I’ve developed two preferred use patterns. One is gentle pressure and vibrations over my whole penis for general health, and the other is stronger targeted pressure and vibrations for my PD. Both helped me restore the health of my penis.
T. Whitaker – :
Mostly like to use the whole top to send vibrations through my whole penis for general health. Though at times I also use it sideways to target specific areas. Works well, thanks 🙂
F. Decker – :
The ability to easily alternate the pressure is a very strong aspect which I believe has been overlooked by the guys here. I love to increase and decrease the pressure by rotating the wheel as my observation is that it further improves the efficacy of the method. I use alternative pressure for about 5 minutes, then use constant pressure for 10, and finish with alternative pressure for another 5 (for a total of 20 minutes of use every evening).
T. Smith – :
I’ve been using it for three weeks and gotta say I’ve grown fond of the vibrations. There’s just something about it that relaxes the tissues and boosts recovery rate. 5/5
K. Baker – :
Sturdy frame, smooth and well-built. Good quality, works as intended. Haven’t been using it for too long but I do appreciate the creativity, the wide vibration range and the combination of effects in one device. Thanks.
W. Harris – :
I’ve been using this device for a while now. At first I preferred to press harder on the area and use the stronger vibration range. After some time tho I saw better results with gentler approach. Because of that I’d suggest to use the device gently and patiently. In fact, the barely noticeable vibrations has lead to even better results. That may be counter-intuitive at first, but nevertheless is what I observed. Take care all!
K. Howard – :
The vibrations are good. I prefer to use the mid-range ones, at around 5V to 8V with a bandage. I also agree that the PD structure has to be interfered with very gradually and carefully and this device helps facilitate that.
